If you find a better price within 24 hours on another web site for the same hotel, same date after purchasing your room on this site, We'll refund 100% of the difference. That is our guarantee to you ( excluding taxes & fees).

How it works?

       ▪ You must first book and purchase a hotel room with mydreamdestination.com or through our
          partners.
       ▪ If you found a lower rate online, that room should be equivalent to the room booked on this
         site at the same hotel. The check-in dates and out must be the same.
       ▪ Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to special membership and discounted rates,
         government agencies, military or AARP employees.
       ▪ Amenities such as meals, parking does not apply nor does deals, promotional packages,
         or bundles. the "Guarantee" applies only to the rate for room nights.

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to rooms purchased through or with coupon promotions
contests, sweepstakes or should be associated with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other rewards
programs.

       ▪ Charges for Taxes and other service fees are not included when applying the guarantee.
       ▪ You must claim your refund within 24 hours of your hotel room purchase and prior to your
         check-in date. At the time you claim your refund and contact us, the lower rate must be
         available for booking. The "Best Price Guarantee" does not apply if Mydreamdestination or
         our suppliers refunds or cancels rooms for any reason.
       ▪ Mydreamdestination will review your claim at our discretion to determine whether or not you
         have met all requirements and the decision we make is final. Refund claims will be made in
         the form of credit back in the form of which your purchase was made within 7 to 10 business
         days of confirmation.
