Mydreamdestination.com., is a registered Seller of Travel in the State of California. Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law requires certain Sellers of Travel to have a trust account or Bond, Mydreamdestination.com operates as an agent.

Mydreamdestination accepts no responsibility for any damage and/or delay due to Provider cancellations, shortages, sickness, labor disputes, government restraints, weather or any other causes beyond our control. Nor do we accept responsibility for any additional expense, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority. Mydreamdestination.com shall not be responsible for any Provider's failure to comply with the Terms and use or any Provider's failure to comply with applicable federal, state and local law including, without limitation, laws governing the sale, warranty and return of perishables.

If, notwithstanding the above, any Provider is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this Site, you the User agrees that the liability of such party shall not exceed the fee or charge to the User assessed by Mydreamdestination for making a Request.

Third Party
When using this Site for, or on behalf, of a Third Party, you the user agree to indemnify and hold Mydreamdestination harmless from, and against, any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defense), relating to the Third Parties failure to fulfill any of its obligations as described (above). You the User are directly responsible for any Request submitted, including related fees, charges and performance obligations.

This Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions, incorporated herein constitutes the entire agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") between you and Mydreamdestination.com and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written). If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.

Governing Law
The laws of the State of California shall govern the performance of these Terms of use, without regard to such state's conflicts of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Anaheim, California for all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Terms and use of this Site.

Travel Service Limitation of Liability
Mydreamdestination acts solely as Third-party facilitating the booking of travel products and services. In providing travel services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for such services to be provided to you, Mydreamdestination does not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any fault, act of negligence, omission or default of a Travel Supplier, or by an act of God. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority or entity.

Vacation Packages
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If you submit a Request for airline tickets, or other services, You the User agrees that all taxes, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling and other fees will automatically be charged to the credit card you submitt at the time of your request.

You agree that your credit card will be charged for the full cost of your reservation upon submitting your booking request.

The cost of the airline ticket is the total of: the indicated price per ticket which includes a tax recovery charge plus an additional amount for service fees, including a booking fee.

The cost of your hotel booking is the total of: the indicated room rate multiplied by the number of days in your reservation, plus an additional amount for the tax recovery charges and service fees. If a rental car booking is made the same rules apply as above.

The cost of your package booking is the total of: the indicated price per person multiplied by the number of travelers, plus an additional amount for the tax recovery charges and our service fees. The tax recovery charge is assessed to recover the amount payed to the vendor in connection with your reservation, including sales and use, occupancy, room tax excise tax, value added and other similar taxes etc., and the balance of the additional amount is a fee Mydreamdestination.com charges in connection with the handling of your reservation. Fees are based on the amount and location of your reservation.

Mydreamdestination does not collect and remitt said tax to the applicable tax authorities. The vendors bill all applicable taxes and remit such tax directly to the applicable authorities. Taxability and appropriate tax rate vary by location.

Oregon Residents:
Transportation, lodging and all other services are sold to you by our supplier on a nonrefundable basis. If you cancel any service for any reason, sums paid by you will not be refunded.

Washington Residents:
If transportation or other services are cancelled by a participating vendor, all sums paid to such for services not performed will be refunded to the User within 30 days.
